Why Advent Blocks?
Why are you using wooden blocks?
We needed something tangible that children of any age could engage with. We also wanted there to be movement each day that showed God's plan of his Son (represented by the star) coming to earth (represented by the... well... earth).
How did you pick the stories?
Chris and Clayton worked through many resources to find the Bible stories that were engaging for the whole family and that gave voice to the presence (and absence) of God in Scripture. We hope you enjoy!
Does the guide fit my Christian faith?
We wrote the guide to be an encouragement to all Christians. There are many denominations who have used and loved our family guide “The King Is Coming.” If you want a sample check this out.
Why are you doing preorders?
Occasionally, on our website, you'll see an item listed as available for preorder. if you see this, it means that we are out of stock for the season. The good news is that while work hard to get the product back in stock, you can go ahead and place your order for next year, and be ready when the season rolls back around!
How do I get my church to use this resource?
Tell your church leader to check out our Local Church Program and register your church to get our bulk pricing and special shipping options!
Who designed the blocks?
Brian Turney is a key member of our team and designed each of the blocks (and all of the book too). Eye catching for all ages but especially engaging for kids 3 - 13.
What age range are Advent Blocks best for?
Often people think younger children (and yes that is true)! Toddlers love the blocks but we have heard early teenagers are engaging with the story and parents have shed a tear or two as well.

Can I adjust my discount if a greater one becomes available?
Yes, we are happy to offer you a different discount if a better one comes available within 48 hours or your purchase. Email us at contact@adventblocks.com with your order number and we will be happy to process a refund for you.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Our standard shipping option includes shipping to anywhere in the United States as well as U.S. military bases. We are able to ship internationally, for an additional fee. If you have questions, please email us at contact@adventblocks.com.
How long will my order take?
We begin shipping church orders of Advent Blocks in October, plenty of time before you'll begin on December 1.
All individual orders are shipping out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your shipment. Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days after shipment.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
All orders are immediately sent to our warehouse to be processed for shipping once they are placed. That means you will receive your order as quickly as possible, but also that we are generally unable to edit shipping addresses after the order has been placed. If this happens to you, email us at contact@adventblocks.com to discuss return and reorder options.
How do I ship my order back to you?
Not happy with your blocks? Email us at contact@adventblocks.com and we will give you the instructions for how to return your blocks.
